About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Build and deliver JD Logistics Europe’s training framework, annual plan and budget, ensuring local compliance and adapting HQ programmes for Europe.

2. Develop practical training for warehousing, transportation, customs and customer service, covering onboarding, operational skills and management development.

3. Manage training delivery, trainers and external providers, and evaluate effectiveness through training data and employee performance.

4. Partner with HR and business leaders to address capability gaps, strengthen the management pipeline and support cross-cultural collaboration.
