  • Build prototypes and wireframes to translate stakeholder needs into actionable solutions
  • Track and report efficiency gains and performance metrics
  • Support change management, including communication, training and adoption of new tools

You will have...

  • Proven experience in process automation and workflow optimisation
  • Hands-on experience building Microsoft Copilot agents and familiarity with AI-driven automation
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualisation (Power BI)
  • Ability to translate operational needs into practical, data-driven solutions
  • Prior experience in automating customer care workflows or similar high-volume operational processes (desirable)

Whats in it for you?

  • Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
  • Employee sample sales
  • 25 days paid annual leave + an extra celebration day for a special moment
  • Private medical care scheme
  • Fixed Annual Payment in addition to your salary each year, it's just an extra thank you from us
  • Opportunity for personalised learning and in-the-moment experiences that enable you to thrive and excel in your role
