Business Analyst | 6 month contract - likely to extend | Lond Market Insurance

A specialist London Market insurer are looking for a contract Business Analyst to join a new programme to implementat a new Policy Administration System and deliver a new TOM. Ideally suited to an all-round BA with extensive experience of working in the London Markets.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the project team to produce a Target Operating Model (TOM) for the new PAS
  • Help sell the TOM to the Chaucer Business
  • Produce Training Guides for the new TOM and help train business users
  • Be involved in discussions with the supplier and project teams to help shape the product
  • Early testing of the new PAS including Beta Testing
  • Working with the Data Migration & Data Warehouse Teams to help solve issues
  • Help to reconcile the results of Migration
Essential Experience
  • At least 10 years either working as a business analyst or working within an operations team for one or more London market carriers
  • Able to demonstrate a deep & wide-ranging understanding of the processes used in Lloyd's and the London market and the reasons for these processes
  • Insurance domain expert (London Market & Lloyd's)
  • Experience designing and implementing a new TOM
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Prior experience with PAS systems in Lloyd's and the London Market
  • Recent Sequel experience (Eclipse & Sequel Claims)
  • Good Technical knowledge Microsoft Stack
  • Scrum/Agile Methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience of working on implementing a new TOM for London Market or Lloyd's Carriers
