About the team
The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement in the UK market.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brand Campaign Intern to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of brand and marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and brand marketing within a fast-paced environment.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of brand campaigns, including campaign planning, timeline management, and performance tracking.
- Support coordination with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, content, creator partnerships, and commercial teams, to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and campaign opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support campaign asset management, including creative materials, landing pages, promotional content, and communication plans.
- Assist in creator and brand partnership initiatives, including outreach, coordination, and campaign execution.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects and campaign-related operational tasks.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Marketing or a related discipline such as; Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or other related fields.
- Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualisation); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio).
- Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms in the UK market.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
- Background in digital marketing agencies, account management, or consulting.
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose data-backed campaign improvements.
- Strong execution skills: ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, communication with brands, and ensure smooth campaign operations.
