We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Branch Administrator.  As Administrator, you will be a key part of the team, keeping the branch running efficiently and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the branch
  • Audit and maintain accurate paperwork and records of all goods processed to our Company SOP’s
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Monitor and maintain stock control system including booking in stock and returning hire material
  • Ensure all project-related costs (e.g., transportation, technical services, pre-assembly) are correctly
  • captured, estimated and invoiced to client as required
  • Support and provide assistance to Operations manager when needed in Branch
  • Support with information required for completion of Month End Close in line with HQ deadlines where applicable from branch perspective
  • Experienced in office administration (experience in construction/scaffolding desirable)
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and basic stock/invoicing systems
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team-oriented personality with an independent and proactive working style
  • Willingness to learn new systems, products, and processes
