BPM Lead Developer Consultant - Business Process

Position responsibilities:

- Complete BPM analysis, requirements definition, design, development and other implementation activities such as training.

-To architect Process, Reporting and Analytics solutions

-To undertake business analyst duties such as requirements gathering, process design, writing specs and general analysis.

- Assist with Presales as required

- Assist on Support Desk as required

- Active contribution to the wider Team

The candidate will have:

* Excellent business knowledge

* Some consulting experience preferred, though not essential if you can demonstrate capability

* Enjoy dealing with clients face to face

* Excellent presentation and communication skills

* An understanding of the full software development life cycle

* Knowledge and experience with VB development

* Deep experience with Microsoft Technologies

* Strong OO knowledge

* Strong skills in C# and ASP.Net

* Experience developing class libraries (dlls)

* Experience delivering integrated solutions, interfacing with multiple applications and databases.

* The ability to share knowledge and experience with others

* Good understanding of business processes and IT trends

* Ability to identify, handle or escalate critical client concerns

* Ability to communicate effectively with clients

* Ability to work unassisted
