Associate Support Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Be the Face of PaperCut: Provide empathetic, top-tier frontline support to our global partners and customers across phone, email, and web chat.
• Solve Real Puzzles: Dive deep into IT systems, network environments, and software ecosystems to diagnose and resolve unique issues.
• Learn from the Best: Work side-by-side with senior engineers and global tech teams, absorbing knowledge and building a robust technical foundation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to help our users get the absolute most out of our software solutions.
