We are looking for an ambitious Associate Director for our Real Estate Cost Management team in Glasgow, working across Developer, Occupier, Government, Health, Education and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the number-one cost consultancy.  In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend.

  • A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
