Step into recruitment with confidence. As an Associate Consultant, you’ll join our coveted Pathway Programme, a structured, three-month training journey designed to turn graduates into recruitment professionals. This is a hands-on, entry-level role: no prior recruitment experience required…just your drive, curiosity and passion for business.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do (Month 1–3)
Comprehensive Training:
• Master the end-to-end recruitment process, from job-brief to offer.
• Learn key systems (Bullhorn CRM, Microsoft 365) and best practices.
• Understand market sectors, candidate assessment and professional engagement.
On-the-Job Shadowing:
• Work alongside experienced Consultants on live vacancies.
• Support sourcing, shortlist creation and candidate outreach.
• Observe client calls and business development meetings.
Practical Assignments:
• Complete real-world tasks (in-tray exercises, role-plays, CV reviews).
• Receive regular feedback to refine your approach.
Assessment & Promotion:
After three months, you’ll be evaluated on performance, initiative and learning.
Successful candidates are promoted to Consultant, taking on client-facing and business development responsibilities.
