AI Talent Pool

Sydney, New South Wales, Australia on site Until 10/2/2026 First posted August 3, 2026 Last posted August 3, 2026
Job description

NOTE: This position is being advertised to build our AI talent pool. By applying, you register your interest to be matched with current and upcoming client/project opportunities.

About the Role: We’re building a pool of AI professionals who can do more than advise and build – we want both. This is for individuals who combine the strategy and client-facing thinking of an AI consultant with the hands-on technical capability of an AI expert/engineer.

You’ll be the kind of person who can sit across the table from a business leader, understand what they’re trying to solve and then go build the solution yourself.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with clients/stakeholders to identify where and how AI can solve real business problems
  • Recommend the right AI approach
  • Design/build and deploy AI/ML solutions
  • Integrate AI tools into existing business systems and workflows
  • Evaluate whether deployed solutions are actually working
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and translate business goals into technical requirements for more technical teams
  • Manage your own priorities across multiple projects/clients
  • Factor in cost, ethics and bias considerations

Requirements

Essential

  • Proven project experience
  • Strong grounding in Python and core ML concepts
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with relevant frameworks/libraries (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
  • Understanding of engineering, model evaluation and data pipelines
  • Strong communication skills – able to talk credibly to both executives and engineers
  • Clear understanding on AI ethics and responsible use

Desirable

  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail)
  • Experience working as an independent/freelance consultant
  • NLP or deep learning specialisation
  • Familiarity with AI-adjacent productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Notion AI, Zapier) for workflow automation

Benefits

Why join our talent pool:

  • Get early access to AI opportunities across industries, flexible and remote-friendly roles, and competitive packages.
  • We actively engage with our pool as new roles arise, so joining now means you will be front of mind when the right opportunity opens.

Express your interest today and one of our talent specialists will be in touch.
