Job description

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Generic Team, based at Knowsley.

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

  • Carry out Care Act assessments within the community, with a strong focus on strengths, independence and personalised outcomes
  • Develop, implement and review support plans to ensure adults receive appropriate, proportionate and person‑centred support
  • Respond to safeguarding concerns and work collaboratively with health and partner agencies to promote safety and wellbeing

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Holds a full UK driving licence
  • Post‑qualified experience in Social Work
  • Recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma or equivalent)
  • Degree‑level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work
  • Experience completing Care Act assessments within Adult Social Care settings
