Administrator - B2B Professional Membership - 24k plus discretionary bonus + benefits
Interesting and varied role to support Division Officers, Committee Officers and Board Members of this high profile global professional membership concern.
You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the division which will include producing and distributing reports, memos, agendas and minutes of meetings. Preparing and proof reading copy for the annual conference programmes, monitoring budgets, maintaining policy handbook and ensure committees operate within approved policies. Also to manage content for websites and various publications and other administrative support as required.
The successful candidate will be extremely organised, able to manage several tasks at once with first class written and communication skills. The ability to adapt to new tasks at short notice with proven experience of day to day time management, planning and able to work to deadlines. Methodical and highly detail orientated, minute taking experience and able to schedule formal and informal meetings. Smart professional presentation with experience of work with senior level executives in an international environment.
