What You'll Be Doing

• Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication to maintain and repair plant equipment and structures
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete repairs accurately
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with safety standards

What Are We Looking For

• Millwright experience considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to weld and fabricate using a variety of techniques and materials
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Commitment to safety practices and procedures in an industrial setting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post offer pre employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
