We are currently looking for a Part-time (20 hours) Warranty Specialist, who will be ensuring accurate warranty case handling, compliance with OEM policies, and seamless collaboration with retailers and technical teams.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as the contact person for dealer enquiries
- Support dealers in the warranty claim submission and evaluation processes
- Ensure that the markets are compliant with the manufacturer’s policies
- Raising awareness of the pre-approval process and liaising with dealer technical support and/or helpdesk
- Support the parts return process
- Provide support in the execution/handling of warranty audits
- Preparation of monthly, as well as extraordinary reports to support market improvements
You will do best in this role, if you have:
- Experience/knowledge of warranty processing and warranty guidelines
- Good communication and presentation skills
- “Customer First”, proactive approach
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Affinity with Automotive
