We're building the best, most fun volleyball leagues around, and we need refs who can keep games fair and moving while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for players of all levels. Requirements
- Solid knowledge of volleyball rules and gameplay
- Prior reffing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and people skills — comfortable making calls confidently while keeping the game fun for everyone
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a court independently
- Available weekday evenings and weekends
- Team-oriented mindset and a positive, approachable attitude
