- 5+ Years of Experience architecting cross functional business process solutions including workflow, UI, KPIs/ Operational Intelligence etc.
- 3+ Years Tibco Active Matrix project delivery experience
- Experience with Tibco middleware and CEP a plus
- Financial industry/ securities vertical experience a plus
- Minimum BS CS with 10+ years of total experience
- 6+ years of experience with enterprise SOA and BPM
