Key Responsibilities:
· Perform structural design and development of aerospace components and assemblies in compliance with industry standards and airworthiness requirements.
· Work extensively on Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, ensuring timely execution and documentation of design modifications.
· Create, update, and review 3D models and 2D drawings using tools such as CATIA V5 and ENOVIA/PLM systems.
· Perform detailed design modifications using CATIA V5.
· Support design integration with stress, manufacturing, and systems engineering teams.
· Conduct design reviews, tolerance stack-up analysis, and maintain accurate design documentation.
· Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles in designs and drawings to ensure manufacturability and assembly accuracy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to provide engineering solutions for issues raised during manufacturing, assembly, and testing.
· Manage data and workflows through ENOVIA PLM.
· Ensure all design changes meet aerospace standards and customer expectations.
· Ensure strict adherence to quality and schedule targets.
