The Sprouted Oven is retail and fresh bakery outlet in Abbotsford, BC focused on becoming a leader in healthy plant based and non-GMO products and education. Two food production areas provide fresh wheat and gluten free baked products, sandwiches, pizzas, and beverages.

At the heart of our values is family, and striving to create and share delicious, wholesome food that supports our community's well-being and environment. We have always been taught to make good choices, and when it comes to food and drink, nothing is more important to us than being simply good. 

Since our first loaf of Squirrelly bread in 1989 and the beginning of Silver Hills Bakery as we now know it, our commitment to your health has been our number one priority. Our owners Brad Brousson and Stan and Kathy Smith have devoted our company to making good decisions simple, and empowering, educating and inspiring people with better choices. 

Our prerogative  continues, and will always be, to provide convenient, great tasting healthy food that supports people in their goals to achieve and maintain optimum well being through a lifestyle that is good for them and the planet.
