o   Minimum of  5 Years of overall Siebel implementation experience or 2 or 3 large Siebel implementation including CRM Consulting

o   Experience in CRM consulting for large customers preferably  Marine industry of T&L  - Business Process Study, Process Re-engineering, Co-ordinate between IT/Sis and Business in such activities

o   Additional Experience in other industry verticals like public sector, manufacturing, Banking including horizontals like Marketing (Campaign Mgmt) Sales, Service & Call Center solutions preferred

o   Thorough functional knowledge/experience of Siebel 7.x/8.x Application including knowledge on Siebel Tools 7.x/8.x and Siebel architecture, application integration, CRM Analytics

o   Minimum of 3 Full life-cycle implementation experiences in Siebel projects in a similar role.

o   Experience in conducting workshops for Business Requirements gathering, Functional mapping with Siebel and optimizing the Business processes effectively, Preparing Gap Analysis, Functional Architecture, Test Cases and test scripts, Application Testing and user training.

o   Experience end to end Change Management Activities as part of Business Process Consulting

o   Preferably Siebel 8 Certified Business Analyst.
