Senior Product Manager

Trolley is growing quickly and we are hiring for a full-time Senior Product Manager to join our team.

Trolley has processed millions of payments, supporting musicians, artists, makers, vendors, and suppliers worldwide.

 

In your role you will:

  • Lead and inspire the team to achieve key objectives and drive success.
  • Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap through cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Work closely with engineering to refine and develop innovative product solutions.
  • Ensure product viability through collaboration with legal, compliance, and finance teams.
  • Champion Agile methodologies—manage backlogs, prioritize work, and validate sprint deliverables.
  • Ensure timely product delivery aligned with roadmap milestones.
  • Partner with Product and Tech teams to strengthen internal processes.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed by management.

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS business.
  • Proven track record in SaaS platform development and expansion.
  • Experience managing integrations and working on APIs.
  • An AI champion, innovating and bringing best practices to their team.
  • Experience supporting global user bases.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining critical embedded infrastructure.
  • Ability to drive, delegate, and support initiatives across your team
  • Dynamic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with people from diverse cultural and technical backgrounds.
