Overview:

Sr. HR Services Advisor

As a Sr. HR Services Advisor, you’ll support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle by answering questions, resolving requests, and guiding people through key HR processes. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR service delivery, helping ensure accurate systems data and a smooth, positive employee experience. The Senior HR Services Advisor is a fully remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding support for new hires, including orientation activities and follow-up on onboarding inquiries.
  • Deliver first-line HR support for the employee lifecycle in the United States and Canada, from pre-hire through post-termination, triaging requests and escalating when needed.
  • Support HR systems users with day-to-day help, including our internal ticketing system, HR SolVVe, Workday and payroll support through Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
  • Assist with auditing, reporting requests, and process improvements while identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
  • Deliver appropriate, thorough, and thoughtful communications to employees, managers, and other HR team members through multiple channels
  • Support all HR departments, including Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners

Basic qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Experience supporting employees located in the United States and Canada.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Fluent in English and able to work a United States time zone schedule.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn and build skills in HR systems.
  • Motivation to apply new tools and automation (including AI) to improve daily work.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This compensation range does not take into account other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
