Job description

The Salvation Army Sunset Lodge, 108 bed complex care facility,

 is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - RN to join the Nursing Department.

PERMANENT Part Time positions are available.  

RN is responsible for promoting holistic health through nursing care to residents with geriatric, chronic, palliative and complex care needs.

RN is responsible for assisting in and administering direct resident care utilizing the nursing process through assessment, planning, implementing and ongoing evaluation of professional nursing care.

Expectations of nursing care are based on the CRNBC Standards for nursing practice, Salvation Army Mission and Philosophy Statements, and Sunset Lodge Policies and Procedures.

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated individual, with a positive attitude, proactive approach and ability to prioritize deadlines. 

SALARY RANGE: Per NBC (Nursing) Collective Agreement .
 


Graduation from a recognized Registered Nurse Program, licensed and practicing full scope of responsibilities.
