  • Act as the Canada market advocate in global forums, representing regional priorities, regulatory considerations, customer needs, and modernization requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, executive communications, and decision-making through clear reporting, recommendations, and escalation management.
  • Oversee launch readiness, adoption, operational transition, and value realization for major product, platform, and modernization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify platforms, improve resiliency, accelerate modernization, and enhance customer and business outcomes.

  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams, TPMs, product or technology leaders within complex, enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, system architecture, data and integration patterns, modernization initiatives, security, resiliency, and operational readiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, delivery plans, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience driving portfolio management, capacity planning, prioritization, dependency management, launch readiness, and delivery governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) practices, including planning, traceability, quality gates, and execution governance.
