Ce cours offre une introduction sur la gestion et l’exploitation des ressources naturelles au Québec et au Canada en contexte autochtone. En parcourant la législation existante et quelques ententes signées avec les communautés autochtones, ce cours veut apporter une réflexion approfondie sur la place et le rôle des ordres juridiques autochtones dans le contexte particulier de l’extractivisme.

Requirements:

La Faculté de droit, Section de droit civil cherche à recruter des professeur.es à temps partiel qui se distinguent par leur expertise et qui jouent un rôle de premier plan dans la profession juridique. Pour enseigner ce cours, le ou la candidat.e doit : 
-    Détenir un LL.L. ou un LL.B. (ou leur équivalent);
-    Être membre en règle du Barreau du Québec, du barreau d’une autre province ou de la Chambre des notaires du Québec;
-    Avoir une expérience significative et pertinente dans le domaine concerné par ce cours et/ou détenir un diplôme d’études supérieures dans ce domaine et/ou avoir contribué à la recherche par des publications académiques démontrant une expertise reconnue dans ce domaine;
-    Le fait d’avoir une expérience d’enseignement universitaire dans une faculté de droit est un atout.
