QA Manager – Capital Market

• QA Manager / QA Lead experience of more than 5 years, overall work experience more than 7 years.

• Should have good BA / QA / Dev experience of capital market, trade life cycle, understanding of derivatives products

• Good to have past experience of working as developer / tester on projects involving application connectivity and flow of trades across applications.

• Good communication skills and onsite client handling experience 

• Need to be very hands-on, work closely with entire onsite & offshore QA team at ground level, understand the functional architecture, requirements, what each team members is doing, handle client meeting where client will ask questions on low level details of the project.

• This is not the position for Managers who prefer high level PMP type of management task and do not want to get involved deeply into the project
