Your role as a Psychiatrist (Medical Second Opinion)

Dialogue launched its innovative Medical Second Opinion (MSO) program, which provides members and their dependents with the opportunity to obtain a second opinion from a medical specialist regarding an initial diagnosis and treatment plan. Dialogue is looking for Psychiatrists to join a network of Canadian specialists dedicated to reshaping how second opinions are delivered.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing video consultations for re-assessments, as well as creating detailed MSO reports

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • A valid and active license to practice psychiatry in a Canadian province
  • Familiarity with virtual healthcare technologies (nice-to-have)

What we can offer

  • Competitive compensation: Attractive per-consult rates
  • Innovative technology: Effortlessly access cases, write reports, and provide second opinions through a user-friendly platform, designed to streamline medical second opinions for Canadians, replacing traditional methods like call centres and emails
  • Focused engagement: Maximize your time spent with patients, reviewing cases, and preparing second opinions while leaving the administrative back-and-forth to Dialogue’s care team
  • Meaningful impact: We’re focused on driving healthcare transformation right here at home. Join a network of Canadian specialists reshaping how second opinions are delivered, providing care that reflects the unique realities of our healthcare system.
