Under the supervision of the OEM National Account Manager, the OEM Specialist is responsible for maximizing the performance and development of OEM branded products to assigned dealers. They support their clients in various ways to optimize their performances and maintain excellent business relationships.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Protection Program Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission.

Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by promoting OEM products and services to existing and prospective dealership partners.

  • Serve as the primary contact for new account implementation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Plan and conduct regular dealership visits to review performance, identify opportunities, and develop action plans.

  • Deliver training and coaching on OEM products, claims processes, and internal systems.

  • Maintain accurate activity and visit reporting in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up with clients.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving operational issues.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams and monitor market and competitor activities.

  • Support special OEM programs, business development initiatives, and industry events as required.

We’re looking for someone who:

· Has at least 5 years of experience working in an automotive dealership environment.

· Is resourcefulness , results oriented and a strong team player

· Stands out for their good interpersonal skills and outstanding client service

· Demonstrates deep understanding of OEM products distributed by iA Dealer services, manufacturers, and competition

· Is recognized for their knowledge of the functioning of a dealership

·Is available to travel in other provinces on an occasional basis

·Has valid driver license

The typical hiring range for this position is between 50 000 and 55 000 CAD per year + commission ; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
