Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Process Operator to join our dynamic chemical production team, where you will play an invaluable role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. As a Process Operator, you will be instrumental in managing the daily production activities. This includes not only the precise handling of raw materials but also the operation of various production equipment with the utmost attention to detail. Maintaining high cleanliness standards is essential in our industry, and you will be responsible for upholding these practices to foster a safe and efficient work environment. Additionally, you will focus on ensuring consistent quality and safety throughout every stage of the production process, contributing to our commitment to excellence.

This exciting opportunity is set to commence in August and will continue through January 2026, with potential for extension or even conversion into a permanent role, allowing for ongoing career development within our organization.

Please note that the shift patterns require flexibility, as they will encompass both day and night shifts, each lasting 12 hours. This is a unique chance to be part of a dedicated team committed to safety and efficiency in the chemical production sector.

Requirements

To be considered for the Process Operator role you must have:

Valid Forklift Licence is required to ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to while operating machinery.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a Batch Production environment, allowing them to understand the complexities and demands of production processes.

Fluent Swedish language skills are essential, as effective communication within our team and with our clients is crucial for maintaining high standards of operation.

We seek individuals who can demonstrate initiative, as the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and development is highly valued in our team culture.

IT Literacy is a must; candidates should be comfortable operating various systems and software, enabling them to navigate and manage tasks efficiently in a technology-driven environment.

Benefits
