Prep Cook - Park Distillery Restaurant - Staff Housing Available

We’re seeking Prep Cooks to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire-inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. • Earn up to $27.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$20.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

What You'll Do:

• Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
• Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Assist with training new team members as required

What You Have:

• No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
• Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
• Strong work ethic and great communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
