Pharmacist - Kelowna, BC

Landmark Pharmacy in Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team. 

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused pharmacist who is friendly, detail-oriented, and open to growing within an evolving pharmacy environment. Knowledge of Kroll and long-term care is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate, including new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care and medication counseling
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Deliver clinical services including injections and medication reviews
• Support pharmacy operations including dispensing and workflow management
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
• Injection Certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
• Experience with Kroll and/or long-term care is an asset
