Your responsibilities

  • Processing member updates, including banking, address, name, and language changes

  • Tracking and managing cases through Tasknet, including generating reports to monitor case progress

  • Handling tax-related updates, including initial and additional tax deductions, ensuring updates are processed in alignment with payroll cycles (end of month and beginning of month)

  • Reviewing and processing TD1 forms, NR301 forms including coordinating form mailings

  • Preparing and coordinating T4A and RL-V2 mailings

  • Assigning mailings to C’Ops and drafting related correspondence, including tax request forms

  • Sending reach-out letters to members for missing or incomplete information

  • Responding to plan inquiries via email and assigning callbacks where required

  • Managing and responding personal mail inboxes regarding ongoing cases and member assistance

  • Supporting the team in carrying out various mandates and special projects

  • Increasing our clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests as well as those of the participants and trustees

  • Suggesting improvements to our various processes

Qualifications required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science or another relevant field of study

  • Sharp analytical thinking and attention to details

  • Dedicated team player who demonstrates initiative and independence

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French would be an asset

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
