Owner Operator – AZ Cross Border Agricultural Division

Joseph Transportation Group is looking for dedicated Owner Operators to join our exceptional team.

Routes / Lanes

· Position: AZ cross border, Owner Operator

· FAST or TWIC Cards are an asset but not required.

· Loads are between Ontario | Quebec| Michigan

· Hauling Agriculture Products for animal Feed (Canola Meal, Soybean Meal, Wheat, Barley)

· Trailers are Multi-axle, Open Top Walking Floor Trailers

Compensation & Perks

· Competitive compensation: 75% of the gross of the load plus FSC

· Direct Deposit – Paid on 1st and 16th of every month

· Purchasing Program on equipment, fuel, tires, DEF, & repairs

Requirements

· A valid AZ License

· Verifiable AZ experience

· Minimum 2 full year commercial driving experience

· Must be comfortable spending multiple days on the road (no exceptions)

· Heavy Spec Truck required and must have a PTO Hydraulic Pump

Onboarding & compliance steps

· Minimum 1-week training period required before dispatch

· All trucks being plated must pass a JTG shop inspection before plating

· Complete an Employment Application (Owner Operator & OO Driver)

· Complete all required Carriers Edge Modules

· DOT Pre-Employment Drug Test required if crossing the border

· Attend Driver Orientation & Training before first dispatch

· Auxiliary Switches and ELD Unit will be added by Joseph Technician

Schedule / job type

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, some Saturdays.

Pay: $7,000.00-$15,000.00 per month
