Responsibilities
- To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth
- Manage and supervise the work of drivers
- Plan driver delivery areas and routes
- Dealing with problematic packages
- Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers
- Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work
Qualifications
- Fluent in English/Mandarin, basic French
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in general computer applications
- Demonstrate collaborative teamwork spirit
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Willing to work variable shifts/overtime

- Salary range: $18 CAD/hr
