Responsibilities

  • To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth
  • Manage and supervise the work of drivers
  • Plan driver delivery areas and routes
  • Dealing with problematic packages
  • Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers
  • Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English/Mandarin, basic French
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in general computer applications
  • Demonstrate collaborative teamwork spirit
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Willing to work variable shifts/overtime


Salary

  • Salary range: $18 CAD/hr
