At Finning Canada, we believe exceptional product support is the foundation of customer success. We are seeking a highly motivated Mining Product Support Representative to support our mining customers at Mildred Lake.

Job Description:

What You Will Do

• Manage product support business activities for assigned mining accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop parts and component forecasts using customer and Finning data.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and RFQ/RFP responses.
• Lead customer business review meetings and participate in planning meetings.
• Execute Customer Value Agreements and contractual commitments.
• Identify opportunities to grow parts and service market share.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in mining, heavy equipment, product support, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems and maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large mining customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and forecasting capabilities.
