Our team drives commercial performance through financial planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization across Full Price, Outlet, and eCommerce channels. Working closely with Buying, Merchandising, Finance, and Retail teams, we ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time while maximizing sales, margin, and profitability.

What You'll Do

• Develop merchandise financial and inventory plans.

• Manage forecasting, buying budgets, and Open-to-Buy (WSSI).

• Optimize allocation, replenishment, promotions, and markdown strategies.

• Analyze performance and identify commercial opportunities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and margin targets.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years' experience in Merchandise Planning, Retail Planning, Branch Planning, or similar roles.

• Background in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

• Experience with demand forecasting and omni-channel planning.

• Knowledge of planning systems such as SAP or Oracle.

• Fluent in English.
