Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Halifax. This role plays a key part in supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns that enhance our brand presence and student engagement. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.

• Coordinate marketing materials, event logistics, and communications with internal teams.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for program growth.

• Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and creative teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

• Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with marketing tools or CRMs.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
