Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order processing and logistics-related inquiries.
  • Receive customer orders via email, phone, or other communication channels.
  • Register, validate, and process customer orders accurately in SAP.
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries, maintaining clear records of all communications and follow-up actions.
  • Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data, documentation, and records within the ERP system.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales support and order management processes.
  • Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Order Management within an international environment.
  • Experience in the ICT, Electronics, or Technology industry is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including order registration and processing.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; an additional European language is an advantage. 
  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide timely, effective support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
