What You'll Be Doing

• Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain consistent material flow to support plant and site production needs.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations.
• Perform routine housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized.

 

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, quarry, or similar environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections, recognize mechanical concerns, and communicate issues effectively.
• Dependable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.

 

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

 

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
