  • Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis, ideally with exposure to healthcare or claims datasets.

  • Hands-on experience working with real-world healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, EHR data) is strongly preferred; deep familiarity with claims data structures and limitations is a significant asset[

  • Proven ability to work with large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets—independently investigating data issues, identifying patterns/trends, and translating findings into actionable insights.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including complex modeling and data manipulation); experience with additional analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI) is an asset.

  • Strong client-facing experience, including leading discussions, presenting insights, and influencing stakeholder decisions at senior levels.

It would be great if you also have…

  • Experience supporting life sciences or medtech clients, particularly in commercial, market access, or strategy contexts.

  • Exposure to market modeling, forecasting, or epidemiology-informed analysis.

  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or contributing to team capability building.

  • Familiarity with data QA/QC processes, data governance, or methodology development.

What you will be doing in this role...

  • Lead and own end-to-end market research and analytics projects using Clarivate’s proprietary healthcare datasets.

  • Build, refine, and validate data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and defensibility of outputs. Proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or risks, supporting root-cause analysis and driving resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in claims and real-world data, developing deep knowledge of internal datasets, data dictionaries, and product methodology to confidently interpret and communicate insights.

  • Act as a trusted partner to clients—from Fortune 500 companies to startups—leading discussions with stakeholders, understanding business challenges, and translating them into structured analytical approaches and solutions.

  • Deliver clear, concise, and executive-ready outputs (presentations, summaries, training), tailoring messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Content, and Commercial teams to shape product improvements, inform methodologies, and scale best practices.

  • Contribute to team development, including coaching junior team members and improving processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
