The Labourer is responsible for performing physical labor tasks at commercial construction sites and operating various hand and power tools.

• Minimum 1 year experience in construction
• Knowledgeable in tool safety, workplace safety, and equipment operation.
• CSTS 2020
• Preferred knowledge of First Aid and CPR.
• Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, customers, and all involved stakeholders.
• Self-reliant, adaptable, collaborative, open to feedback.
• Efficient in task completion, and open to improvements.
• Demonstrates respect for diversity and treats others respectfully.
• Travel may be required (occasionally inter-provincial)

• As part of the recruitment process, selected candidates may be required to complete a pre‑employment physical assessment to confirm ability to perform the essential functions of the role safely.
