  • Follow all workplace safety procedures, including safe lifting techniques

  • Ensure proper storage of materials, including hazardous items, according to safety guidelines

  • Work with production teams, warehouse staff, and supervisors to address parts shortages or urgent requests

  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged parts, incorrect parts, or other supply issues promptly

  • Assist with organizing and keeping storage areas clean and efficient

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario)

  • Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions

  • Clean criminal background check

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada

  • Must be able to commute to Etobicoke, Ontario

  • Availability: Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed

  • Teamwork and problem resolution/analysis

  • Customer service orientation

  • Ability to work in a production environment

  • Physical and mental effort required for parts handling

It’d be great if you have:

  • Previous experience in parts, inventory, or material handling

Why you’ll love it at Clutch:

  • Autonomy & ownership — opportunity to build your process and influence the company workforce at every level

  • Help shape the future of car buying and selling in Canada by supporting quality operations

  • Broad and direct ownership over parts coordination during a phase of rapid growth

  • Top-of-market compensation and above-market health & dental benefits

Employment Type:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Wage: $20.00 per hour

  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental care, vision care, prescriptions, life insurance, and dependent coverage; start from day 1
