What you’re responsible for:

  • Acting as the first HR point of contact for employees, responding to their inquiries promptly or referring them accordingly;
  • Participating in the execution of various tasks related to the onboarding and offboarding process;
  • Greeting new hires weekly and playing a key role in their first few days of integration;
  • Executing administrative tasks related to employee movement (transfers, promotions, leaves, etc.) with the support of the Employee Services, Payroll and Benefits teams;
  • Generating various HR reports to support business needs, when requested;
  • Entering employee data into different systems primarily related to employee file management and time and attendance;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes in collaboration with the HR team.

To join our team:

  • You have minimum 1 year experience in human resources in a similar position;
  • You have a University Degree or College diploma in Human Resources;
  • You are comfortable with new technologies and good knowledge of MS Office;
  • You have experience with Dayforce HRIS system (considered an asset);
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
  • You are able to exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality;
  • You are meticulous, organized, respectful of deadlines and proactive.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of $55,000–$65,000
