About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources department in a full-time, salaried capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging HR metrics and data to support business decisions, contributing to the optimization of our HR processes and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, solid problem-solving skills, and a passion for uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets. With a strong command of reporting tools, HRIS systems, and data visualization, you will partner with different stakeholders to drive efficiency and enhance the impact of our HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


What You'll Do

  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics to support strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Maintain and optimize HR data systems, including HRIS, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to understand organizational needs and design appropriate data-driven solutions.
  • Develop and deliver presentations based on key HR insights and trends.
  • Support workforce planning efforts by providing insights on turnover, recruitment, and talent retention.
  • Assist in project management initiatives by coordinating HR-related activities and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information and compliance with HR data regulations.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the HR function.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and problem-solving for data inconsistencies, discrepancies, or technical challenges in reporting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Analyst or similar data-centric role.
  • Proficiency with HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with functions, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and their functionality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate insights across various stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Optional but beneficial: Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Solid business acumen and familiarity with HR processes and strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
