We are looking for an HR Analyst to support the execution of our HR operations in Peru and other countries in Latin America. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with labor regulations, accurate administration of employee lifecycle processes, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple HR administrative processes simultaneously.

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments and other employment documentation.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers and offboarding.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with external payroll providers.
  • Administer employee benefits, medical insurance and leave processes.
  • Track vacations, attendance records and working time.
  • Coordinate occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic and exit).
  • Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal HR policies.
  • Support labor inspections and documentation requests from authorities.
  • Coordinate subcontractor documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees.
  • Support regional HR projects when required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong knowledge of labor administration and employment documentation.
  • Experience working with payroll processes.
  • Experience managing contracts, vacations, attendance and employee records.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • English proficiency.
