(GOVERNMENT OF ONTARIO) Lead tester - MUST have 5 years testing " COTS " , including Java based solutions

Core Requirements:

1.    Demonstrated experience leading technical testing on large projects with complex applications (including both functional and non-functional testing) 

2.    Demonstrated experience delivering testing-related training

3.    Expert knowledge of and extensive experience with testing tools, such as HP Quality Centre and HP Quick Test Pro

4.    Hands-on experience with Java, Websphere Application Server, Oracle Database, Oracle eBS, Cognos, AIX

5.    Expert testing methodology and demonstrated experience throughout all testing phases 

6.    Demonstrated experience in the creation and execution of defect management processes using defect management tools

7.    Strong analysis and problem solving skills

8.    Superior communication skills


Desirable Requirements:

1. Experience leading testing for COTS applications 
   

2.    Testing and/or Quality Certifications

3.    Experience testing Cúram based applications

4.    Experience testing Oracle eBS based solutions

5.    Experience in testing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) compliant web-based systems

6.    Experience in testing applications requiring French language content
