• Hourly pay for this position is to start at CAD 25.75 /hr, plus overtime after 44 hours

We are currently recruiting for a Non-Ferrous Receiver with experience for our Sudbury South location. Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the general maintenance of the  premises. 

• Receive, sort and organize different types of non-ferrous metals
• Classify and establish the type of non-ferrous material
• Properly weigh and track the material
• Do general maintenance of the premises
• Ensure the equipment in good condition
• Data entry into the in-house receiving software 
• Provide excellent customer service
• Help with torch cutting if necessary
• Preparing shipments and receiving equipment using forklift as required
• Work with a safety oriented mindset

To join our team:

• Experience in operating a forklift
• Experience in metal recycling as asset
• Experience with computer software and Microsoft office suite an asset
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
• Customer Service experience in a retail preferred
• Ability to work as a team
• Excellent attendance and safety record.

Compensation (from employer):
25.75 – 26.25 CAD (HOURLY)
