About Engineers of Tomorrow

Engineers of Tomorrow (EoT) is Queen's University's first chapter dedicated to inspiring the next generation through engaging, hands-on STEM education. We partner with local schools to deliver interactive workshops that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.

Position Overview

The Sponsorship & Finance Director is responsible for building partnerships that support Engineers of Tomorrow's mission while managing the club's finances. Working closely with the executive team, you'll help secure sponsorships, oversee the club's budget, and ensure EoT has the resources needed to grow and make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective sponsors.
  • Coordinate sponsorship outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the club's budget and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with fundraising initiatives and financial planning.
  • Work with the executive team to allocate resources effectively and responsibly.

    We're looking for students who are:

    • Professional and confident communicators.
    • Organized and detail-oriented.
    • Comfortable building relationships and working collaboratively.
    • Interested in sponsorship, finance, business development, or networking.

    No previous experience is required—we're happy to help you learn!

    Time Commitment

    • Approximately 4-6 hours per week
    • Weekly executive meetings during the Fall and Winter terms
    • Additional availability during workshops and major club events
