About Engineers of Tomorrow

Engineers of Tomorrow (EoT) is Queen's University's first chapter dedicated to inspiring the next generation through engaging, hands-on STEM education. We partner with local schools to deliver interactive workshops that spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners.

Position Overview

The Marketing Director is responsible for promoting Engineers of Tomorrow through creative content, social media, and event coverage. Working closely with the executive team, you'll help grow our online presence and showcase the impact of our workshops and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for Instagram, including graphics, reels, and event highlights.
  • Promote executive recruitment, workshops, and club initiatives.
  • Help grow the Engineers of Tomorrow online community.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and contribute ideas to improve outreach.

We're Looking For

We're looking for students who are:

  • Creative and enthusiastic
  • Organized and reliable
  • Comfortable working as part of a team
  • Interested in social media, graphic design, photography, videography, or digital marketing

No previous experience is required—we're happy to help you learn!

Time Commitment

  • Approximately 4-6 hours per week
  • Weekly executive meetings during the Fall and Winter terms
  • Additional availability during workshops and major club events
