Electrical Sales Representative

Bartle and Gibson Co. Ltd. has been in business since 1944. The positions will focus on growing our business by calling on and servicing an existing account base as well as developing new accounts in the electrical sales industry.

Duties:

You will be responsible for quotes, quote follow up and after sale service.

•Sales negotiations.

•Offering technical expertise to purchasers.

•Working closely with others to ensure project needs are met.

•Sourcing materials.

Travel required, within Courtney and surrounding areas.

•Candidates should possess a minimum of two years sales experience (counter sales, inside sales or outside sales).

•Skilled in serving and negotiating with institutional and industrial purchasers, electrical contractors and the public.

•Attention to detail.

•Highly organized.

•Excellent communication skills.

•Experience using Microsoft Office.

•Knowledge of the electrical industry or a background in electrical products would be considered an asset, including - lighting, wiring devices, distribution and motor control.

•Appropriate training will be provided for the right candidate.
