About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):
Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.

We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, where we solve complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.

Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.

If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.

Role Overview:

The Director of Sales, Implementations, is responsible for originating, shaping, and closing large-scale WMS, OMS, and TMS implementation programs while ensuring alignment with delivery realities. This is not a traditional sales role.

Mandate:

  • Drive implementation-led revenue across enterprise platforms
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle from qualification → scoped program → delivery-ready handoff
  • Ensure alignment between sales promise and delivery reality
  • Build trusted relationships across operators and executive stakeholders

Experience leading or being accountable for:

·       Able to engage:

o   Warehouse managers (credibility)

o   Executives (translation)

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Implementation Sales

  • Build relationships across warehouse operators, COOs, and supply chain leaders
  • Qualify implementation opportunities and assess execution viability
  • Represent FIQ at industry events, site visits, and operator-led conversations
  • Sell WMS / OMS / TMS rollout programs
  • Position FIQ as a certified delivery partner
  • Manage multi-stakeholder procurement cycles

Program Governance

  • Align scope with delivery team
  • Ensure realistic timelines and resource planning
  • Protect delivery margin and execution viability

Funnel Management

  • Lead multi-threaded discovery across operations, IT, and leadership
  • Shape implementation programs including scope, sequencing, and resource assumptions
  • Partner with delivery leaders to ensure feasibility and margin integrity
  • Own commercial structuring, pricing, and negotiation

Account Growth

  • Maintain executive relationships post-sale
  • Identify multi-site rollout and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Drive expansion across regions, facilities, or platform phases
  • Expand implementations across sites or regions
  • Identify follow-on phases
  • Hand off advisory or integration opportunities where relevant

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days:

30 Days In

  • Build alignment with delivery and implementation teams
  • Understand platform partnerships, capabilities, and constraints
  • Map top 10 target accounts and active opportunities
